Provide on-site IT support to clients
Travel to client sites, generally within walking distance of the office
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and cloud platforms.
Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc site visits, ensuring client systems are secure, up-to-date, and aligned with best practices.
Deliver excellent customer service through professional, timely, and empathetic interactions.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and share feedback with the wider team.
Stay current with Microsoft certifications and emerging technologies.
Requirements
3-5 years' service desk experience
Previously worked for an MSP or had the opportunity to go to various client sites
Windows & Mac troubleshooting experience
Office 365, with experience supporting Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
Windows server elements including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
Troubleshoot and configure networking technologies such as WIFI, Firewalls & Routers
Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktops desirable
Following certs are desirable: MD-102, MS-700, CompTIA A+, Network+
