Our client, a household name, based in London is looking for an experienced Change & Process Analyst to join their Strategy team, working within their EPMO function on a 12-month contract. Their ideal candidate will have a strong Process Analyst background and will hold Lean Six Sigma Certification. You’ll work alongside project managers and process specialists, supporting multiple initiatives across a global, fast-paced organisation.

You’ll be a hands-on contributor, combining change and process analysis to help document current (‘as-is’) processes, design improvements, and support successful delivery of change initiatives across all business functions. This is not a standalone role you’ll collaborate closely with experienced Project Managers and process professionals and flex across projects as priorities evolve.

Responsibilities

Supporting multiple change and process optimisation initiatives across the business
Documenting and analysing current processes and helping design improved future states
Developing and delivering change plans, communications, SOPs, and training materials
Working as an internal consultant across diverse functions including marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, ESG, and digital/web projects
Supporting reporting activities, including KPI reporting and data analysis
Engaging and educating stakeholders who may be less familiar with formal change and project management approaches
Working across regions including the UK, Europe, and Asia, with flexibility around time zones

Candidate Profile

Strong change management experience combined with process analysis expertise as well as experience in delivering and driving change (approx 60/40 split)
Experience delivering change in technical or complex environments
Comfortable working on large-scale initiatives impacting multiple regions and functions
Confident writing clear communications, SOPs, and training materials
Able to manage multiple workstreams with shifting priorities
Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in global, matrix organisations
Certifications such as Prosci or Six Sigma are advantageous

If you’re a pragmatic process improvement professional who enjoys working across varied initiatives in a global environment we’d love to hear from you.
