Senior SOC Analyst (L2) – Hemel Hempstead

12-hour shifts (Days & Nights) | Must be DV Clearance eligible

Looking for a SOC role that actually develops your career? Join a growing Cyber Defence team supporting high-profile defence clients in a fast-paced, technology-led environment.

You’ll work hands-on with Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, MISP, and other enterprise security tools, triaging, investigating, and responding to security incidents across critical client environments. This role gives you variety, responsibility, and a clear path for progression.

We’re looking for someone with:

Hands-on SIEM experience (Sentinel/Splunk)
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and network fundamentals
Strong understanding of endpoints, firewalls, VPNs, and web applications

Ongoing training & skill development

Collaborative, expert-led SOC environment
