Your Mission

As a Software Developer on our Portal team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent building control systems that help our customers achieve aggressive green initiatives. Our products leverage data modeling, fault detection and diagnostics, identity and access management, and domain business knowledge. Using domain driven development, SOLID and clean architecture principles, and modern design patterns, you’ll help us build world-class software services and efficient, autonomous building management systems.

In This Role You Will

Design, estimate, review, test, debug, and document code
Support and guide our software development life cycle processes
Collaborate in Scrum meetings and help drive team activities
Address customer support and technical support issues when needed
Support and mentor others in their work efforts and outcomes
Address software architectural considerations
Monitor, assess, and address technical debt
Guide good coding practices and rules, and identify items for improvement

This role might be right for you if you have:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
2+ years of experience using modular component-based frameworks (DoJo, Vue, etc)
2+ years of experience of Web Development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Agile software development experience (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience developing C# applications
Experienced in a DevOps role with Microsoft Azure
Experience with Git, TFS, and Visual Studio Code
Experience with enterprise-class web applications
Experience with automated unit/functional testing
Experience using Atlassian Confluence & JIRA
Strong communication & collaboration skills
