Full Stack Developer – Hybrid (Finham, UK) – 6-Month Contract

Day Rate: £550/day (Inside IR35)

We are seeking Full Stack Developers to join a dynamic team on a 6-month contract to deliver critical digitalisation initiatives for a leading business services organization. This hybrid role requires 4 days in the office (Finham, Coventry) and offers exposure to cutting-edge technology and collaborative, fast-paced projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop user stories in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality solutions under pressure and tight deadlines.
Contribute to API integration and workflow automation projects.
Participate in CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Ensure alignment with relevant contract and compliance standards (NEC knowledge desirable).

Key Skills & Experience:

Expertise in Django, Flask, React, Vanilla JS, Node.js, .NET/C#
Experience with Azure cloud deployments
Familiarity with YAML pipelines, SQL, and data integration
Strong understanding of API integration and workflow automation
Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills

Person Specification:

Excellent team player, adaptable, and proactive
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Comfortable in a hybrid working environment with frequent office attendance
