Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior C++ Developer to join a high-performing engineering team working on mission‑critical financial messaging and software solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the development of secure, reliable, and high-quality C++ applications within a regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow strong software engineering practices, and continuously enhance your technical skills while supporting solutions that power global financial operations.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement high‑quality C++ code for large-scale financial or messaging applications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and design effective engineering solutions.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards.
Diagnose, debug, and resolve software defects, performance issues, and reliability concerns.
Conduct unit and integration testing to maintain strong software quality and stability.
Work within regulated or restricted development environments, completing necessary compliance and documentation activities.
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide engineering support outside normal business hours (with additional compensation).
Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve the product and your skillset.
What You Will Bring
Strong understanding of C++ and object‑oriented programming principles.
1–3 years of experience in C++ development, secure software development, or software engineering fundamentals.
Familiarity with modern C++ features, software design concepts, and debugging techniques.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and reliability.
Experience with testing methodologies, including unit and integration testing.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment and contribute to documentation and governance activities.
Strong communication skills and an eagerness to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced engineering environment.
