Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Communications Specialist III to join our clientin support of an existingvacancy.

Contract Period: 12 months
Pay Rate: Starting from $34 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday;8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal partners to produce high quality marketing and client servicing presentation materials within the team's SLAs
Exhibit strong time management, organizational skills and understanding of which deliverables to prioritize and re-prioritize as additional intake requests/tasks are received
Respond to routine and ad hoc requests while meeting service level agreements and ensuring quality control and accuracy of outgoing material
Display ownership over sales support material content and effectively communicate content preference to stakeholders to ensure clear, informative and value-added messaging
Adhere to company's brand guidelines and compliance requirements by adopting sales support best practices to ensure that materials produced are compliant and consistent across the team
Proactively identify opportunities to create efficiencies/provide value-add and lead projects to streamline/standardize processes as required
Support, as required, for other client/sales activities at different stages of the pipeline
Experience & Qualification Requirement:
Undergraduate degree or other relevant financial certification
5 years of experience working in Financial Services, Asset Management or Capital Markets
Keen interest and understanding of investment and market concepts
Investment industry accreditation considered an asset
Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality control
Risk management mindset
Ability to effectively translate complex information into clear messages for target audiences
Solid interpersonal and relationship management skill
Ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously
Exhibit sound judgement and strong common sense
Advanced user in MS PowerPoint and Excel
Be a high energy, positive and results-oriented individual with a commitment to providing an exceptional level of service and a reputation for getting things done
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to solve sometimes unstructured and complex issues independently
Possess a passion for learning about the wealth asset management business and a desire to grow skillset
Fully bilingual (French and English) considered an asset
