| Your challenges ?
The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs);
Analyze complex datasets using coding languages such as SQL, Spark, Python ;
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively ;
Translate data findings into actionable recommendations through compelling storytelling ;
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and data strategies;
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions ;
Compile, clean, and organize datasets to support accurate analytics and reporting needs ;
Design and maintain efficient data models to enable seamless integration and analysis across systems ;
Ensure high-quality data delivery and accurate reporting for informed decision-making.
| What do we expect from you ?
The minimum required skills necessary for this role :
• Demonstrate familiarity with data engineering tools, concepts, and pipeline development processes (Azure, fabric, purview, etc.) ;
• Ability Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing tight deadlines with high-visibility deliverables for executives ;
• Develop efficient and scalable data models and analytics solutions, particularly in Power BI ;
• Proficiency in coding languages (Python, Spark, SQL, DAX etc.) ;
• Good expertise in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation ;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences ;
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving ;
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) ;
• Experience with the following tools an asset : Fabric
