Artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI aren't just new technologies—they represent a profound revolution in opportunities available to our clients. They can also explore how AI will enhance services, products, and customer experiences or even create entirely new categories of products or services. What You Will Do

Within GenAI team, you will be part of a diverse group of problem-solvers united by a common goal helping our clients transform their organizations using cutting-edge technology solutions.

The KPMG GenAI Innovation Center works closely with the Microsoft team and is an essential part of KPMG’s commitment to delivering the best possible solutions to its clients. By leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices, the GenAI team helps KPMG drive innovation and create value for its clients.

You will have the opportunity to

Identify and analyze clients’ IT and technical needs.
Design, configure, develop, and implement solutions for deploying and migrating enterprise cloud architectures based on various Microsoft products and other state-of-the-art technologies.
Participate in research and development of use cases for cutting-edge IT solutions such as AI and GPT.
Design and apply solutions to IT failures while refining programs.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and clients across several domains.
Review your colleagues’ code.
Work according to Agile and SDLC methodologies.

What You Bring To The Role

We are looking for passionate candidates with the following qualifications

An excellent academic record at the undergraduate or graduate level, preferably in the following fields programming, computer science, engineering, or related areas.
A strong record of extracurricular activities (case competitions, student associations, community initiatives, etc.).
A strong interest in technology and the ability to learn quickly.
Knowledge of programming languages.
The ability to communicate technical concepts and analyses to non-technical audiences, and to explain processes, concepts, challenges, and issues to technically trained audiences.
Comfort working in a team and building relationships.
A proven ability to show initiative and judgment, as well as to analyze and solve problems.
A proven ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities.
Strong ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and community members.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Relevant professional experience through which you have gained knowledge of our core business sectors (an asset).

This role requires verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English. English is required because there will be daily communications with stake holders that only speak English, within and outside of Quebec which requires excellent skills in both written and spoke form. The candidate will be mandated to create documentation in both languages regularly.
