Position overview:

We are looking for a profile that combines elements of a Data Analyst and a Business Analyst, starting as soon as possible. The role involves (administrative) tasks to support the Intelex platform (Intelex is the QHSE tool used by the client), as well as stakeholder interaction with IS and business units to help establish long-term support processes.

What you will do:

• Support the Intelex System Administrator in developing long-term support processes in ServiceNOW in collaboration with IS.

o Manage Intelex user administration: maintain user lists and profiles, perform updates when necessary.

o Provide Level 2 support for Intelex users.

o Gather feedback on Intelex and follow up on improvement actions.

o Develop and improve documentation (training materials, user manuals, process descriptions).

• Enhance and create new reports and dashboards in Intelex (note: Intelex BI platform is not Power BI).

• Collaborate with the Hermes NXT team on report and dashboard development and testing.

What you will bring:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• First experience as data or business analyst (+/- 2 yrs experience)

• Experience in reporting and dashboard development.

• Knowledge of data management concepts and best practices.

• Good knowledge of Power BI.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Programming experience and understanding of the software development life cycle is desirable.
