Senior Business Systems Analyst (Payments)

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong payments experience to support the delivery of business-critical payment systems in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit and document payments-related requirements from business stakeholders and product owners
Define and refine user stories, functional specifications, and system requirements
Translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements for payment platforms
Analyse end-to-end payment flows and identify improvement opportunities
Support UAT and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
Act as a key interface between business and technology teams

Essential Experience

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in payments environments
Strong understanding of payment processing (cards and/or account-to-account)
Experience working on enterprise financial platforms
Solid SDLC knowledge (Agile / Waterfall)
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
