Junior Functional Analyst Payments | Projective Talent Training Track

Your role

To strengthen a Payments IT domain within a leading financial institution, we are looking for a Junior Functional Analyst to join the Projective Talent Training Track.

You will be trained and coached while working on mission-critical backend payment systems such as Instant Payments, SEPA Credit Transfer and SEPA Direct Debit.

This role offers a structured growth path towards becoming a fully autonomous Functional Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.

Your responsibilities

Perform functional analysis within Agile delivery
Translate business requirements into functional designs
Support functional testing (design & execution)
Collaborate with business, developers and solution designers
Follow up bug fixing and production issues
Contribute to stability and quality of production systems

Your profile

First experience as Functional Analyst or strong academic background (IT / Business Engineering)
Strong analytical and structured thinking
Eager to learn complex backend payment systems
Strong communication & team spirit
Autonomous, proactive and result-driven
Comfortable in an Agile environment

Nice to have

Exposure to Mainframe (COBOL, DB2, MQ) or backend systems
Interest in system integrations and enterprise IT
Motivation to learn internal tools & frameworks

Languages

You are trilingual NL / FR / EN
