Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between finance, distribution, and project teams to resolve logistical challenges and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a financial, project controls, or operational support role (internship experience is highly valued).
Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) are essential for automating reports.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify errors in financial data and propose solutions to keep projects on budget.
Communication: Comfortable engaging with project managers and vendors to resolve gaps in financial reporting or PO processing.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
