Position Summary
The Growth Account Manager manages and develops the primary relationship with Tag’s existing clients and is responsible for delivering unparalleled customer care, exceptional quality across all programs, and identifying opportunities to expand and grow client partnerships.
Job Qualifications
• 2–4 years of account management and/or business development experience within content marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Proven track record growing and retaining client relationships while consistently achieving revenue targets, including pitching and winning new business within existing accounts
• Sales and business development experience driving incremental revenue growth within existing accounts across technology, marketing, content production, or social/digital engagements
• Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close growth opportunities within existing client portfolios, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives
• Experience owning account-level revenue targets, managing a healthy pipeline, and accurately forecasting growth opportunities
• Proven confidence leading client presentations, pricing and scoping discussions, and commercial negotiations, in partnership with internal teams and senior client stakeholders
• Experience navigating multi-disciplinary account environments
• Proven background in retail, consumer goods, and/or food & beverage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and solution-oriented, with the perseverance and drive to deliver results
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Job Duties
•Lead point of contact for your customer base and responsible for developing close relationships with key stakeholders and having an in-depth understanding of their business needs
•Leverage consultative, solution-based approach to identify needs within your existing customer base and build opportunities to retain and expand account growth
•Create business development opportunities including presenting Tag capabilities, creating strategic recommendations, create and manage budgets, and support relevant internal teams in the early development and implementation of programs
•Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise of Tag's service offering in order to deliver winning sales propositions and customer solutions
•Own and manage the program budget, delivery timelines and scheduling production
•Strong collaboration with Project Management, Creative and Social Media departments
•Oversee the development of pre-production documents and facilitate the post-production process
•Deliver all client content programs on time and on budget with exceptional quality
•Present quarterly Account Reviews to Business Director highlight portfolio performance and growth opportunities
