Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing & Business Development Associate to support our sales and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on outbound calling for lead generation, customer follow-ups, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will also contribute creative ideas for social media and offline marketing strategies, while supporting day-to-day office administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads and book appointments.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and client databases.
Develop creative ideas for social media content and offline marketing campaigns.
Assist in executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead volume.
Perform general office administrative duties (data entry, scheduling, documentation).
Prepare and submit basic reports on call performance, lead status, and conversions.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Confident, professional phone manner with strong persuasion skills.
Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM systems.
Creative mindset with interest in digital and offline marketing strategies.
Work Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, business development, or customer service.
Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Background in sales, real estate, financial services, insurance, or professional services is an asset.
Experience managing client databases or CRM platforms.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales or lead generation targets.
Experience supporting marketing campaigns or social media initiatives is a strong plus.
