We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a LMS Solution lead in our Paris office!

What you will be doing:

As a Product Manager at CXG, reporting to the EVP Innovation and Solutions and dotted line to the Solution Owner(s), you will play a pivotal role in co-creating innovative platform and tech solutions, in launching them internally and externally, and driving their commercial success. You will oversee different tech platforms and AI and digital-driven projects, from conception to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, including the group’s practices, IT, data science, commercial and marketing. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and successful commercial launch of innovative and scalable solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1- Solution Design and Development:

Closely collaborate with the Solution Owner and Innovation & Solutions EVP to develop innovative solutions that answer our clients’ needs.
Support the Solution Owner in creating realistic business models, use cases, pricing models of our innovative solutions.
Lead the design, and development of complex and scalable solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Foster innovation within the team by exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
Identify external partners that can support our innovative initiatives.

2. Project Management:

Manage multiple projects from inception to successful completion, including scoping, piloting, execution, and delivery.
Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines, and effectively manage resources to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
Build project teams and recruit team members within the group when necessary, orchestrate their work and develop their competencies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively take necessary actions to mitigate them.

3. Technical Expertise and Support:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the development team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in SaaS platforms and AI capabilities.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and interoperability between platforms and products.

4. Customer Engagement and Solution Deployment:

Collaborate with the Chief Customer Officer and Chief Marketing Officer to define the solution’s commercial and go-to market strategies
Support the marketing department to launch impactful marketing communications and generate qualified leads
Work closely with the Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise during customer engagements.
Conduct solution workshops and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.
Assist with solution deployments, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption internally by our Customer Success team and by our customers.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the team and across departments.

What you will bring along:

This role requires an agile mindset, in-depth knowledge of SaaS business models, AI-driven solutions, and exceptional project management skills to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and ultimately drive business growth. You will also engage with the teams and drive the change of culture internally. You should also have the below:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (required); additional project management degree or certification are a plus.
5+ years of experience in solution design, development, and project management in the SaaS industry, experience in AI-driven products is a plus
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud computing, AI/Machine Learning concepts, and principles of scalable software architecture.
Proven experience in leading and delivering complex projects successfully, demonstrating exceptional project management skills.
Solid technical background.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
