About the Position:

The Procurement Analyst Intern will support the procurement and office administration teams by assisting with key in-office administrative responsibilities, data analysis, vendor research, reporting and process improvement initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization while developing analytical and business skills in a fast-paced environment. The internship will run for up to 10 weeks, up to 40 hours a week, commencing on or around June 8th, and concluding by August 14th.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
Support supplier research and evaluation
Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for procurement leadership
Assist with purchase order monitoring, contract documentation, and compliance checks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Operations and Accounting
Maintain and update procurement databases and supplier records
Support process improvement initiatives and procurement best practices
Perform ad hoc analysis and administrative tasks as needed
Meeting Administration: Take detailed meeting notes, coordinate schedules, and ensure follow-up on action items.
In-Office Administrative Support: Serve as the point of contact for the Denver front desk, process incoming mail, and assist in planning and organizing office events.

What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications)

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Ability to be onsite 3 days per week – Denver HQ office located in McGregor Square
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); PowerPoint experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications
Coursework or experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis
Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., Netsuite, Coupa)
Basic knowledge of sourcing, contracts, or vendor management Learning Opportunities
Exposure to strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations
Hands-on experience with procurement analytics and reporting
Insight into cost management and operational efficiency
