Business Development Manager – Locks & Doors / Commercial Security

Greater Toronto Area / Hybrid / Field-Based

Timpson Locksmith (Locks & Doors Division) is growing and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our commercial and institutional client base across the GTA.

This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience who understands construction, facilities, or security services and is comfortable owning the full sales cycle.

What You’ll Do

Identify and close new business in commercial locksmithing, doors, and security hardware

Build relationships with property managers, condo corporations, facility managers, and contractors

Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and service agreements

Negotiate pricing and long-term service contracts

Manage and grow key commercial accounts

Work closely with operations and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery

Upsell and cross-sell services such as door hardware, closers, access control, and maintenance programs

What We’re Looking For

3+ years experience in B2B sales or business development

Experience selling services (construction, trades, facilities, security preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the GTA

Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline

Nice to Have

Background in locksmithing, doors, access control, or building systems

Existing relationships with property managers or facilities teams

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
