Job Specifications

Duration: 6 months + extensions

Location: Downtown Toronto 1x/week

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
Strong experience with FastAPI
Airflow Experience
Solid understanding of machine‑learning concepts, model deployment, and inference.
Experience with cloud services GCP Services (Cloud Composer, GKE, GCS, VMs, Big Query, Firestore)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus) and traditional databases.
Experience with asynchronous programming, distributed systems, and microservices.
Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and security best practices.
