Job Specifications

Role: Workday Solution Architect

Experience: 12+ Years

Type: Long term contract

Rate: Up to $80/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop & maintain Workday integrations, custom reports & calculated fields
Architect and implement custom Workday solutions, business processes & workflows
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT & business stakeholders
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis & issue resolution
Ensure data integrity, system security & compliance
Document technical designs & integration specifications
Support Workday releases, regression testing & enhancements
Stay updated with new Workday features & roadmap

Workday Studio
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Core Connectors
Workday HCM & Financials
XML, XSLT
SOAP / REST Web Services
SQL
Java
SoapUI
Advanced Microsoft Excel

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
15+ years of hands-on Workday implementation & support experience
Strong functional & technical expertise in Workday
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
