Head of Marketing

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and scale marketing across RGML’s 3 brands. This is a senior, hands-on role combining immediate delivery with longer-term strategy, supporting ambitious growth plans across the UK, EU and ROW.
You’ll be comfortable operating at both board and ground level, with direct reporting to the Board, with strong automotive and B2B experience, and a clear focus on driving revenue, pipeline and brand impact.
Key Objectives
Deliver a high-impact tactical marketing plan for 2026
Develop and lead a 12–18 month group marketing strategy
Strengthen brand presence, lead generation and commercial performance across the group
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a results-driven tactical marketing plan, prioritising quick wins and ROI
Develop and present a 12–18 month group marketing strategy for board approval
Lead brand positioning and group-wide brand architecture
Drive UK, EU and ROW market development and expansion
Deliver integrated B2B campaigns across digital, content, email, social and events
Own KPIs, reporting and performance tracking
Oversee content, PR and communications across all channels
Build scalable marketing processes, governance and best practice
Act as the senior marketing lead, working closely with leadership, sales, tech and external partners
Skills & Experience
Essential
Senior marketing leadership experience (Head of Marketing / Marketing Director)
Automotive industry experience
Strong B2B marketing background
Proven ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership
Experience driving UK and international market growth
Strong digital marketing capability (SEO, PPC, analytics, websites)
Commercial, data-led and results-focused
Desirable
Multi-brand or group marketing experience
Events, conferences or exhibition marketing
Long sales cycles and account-based marketing
