Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Python Developer. The Python Developer will be responsible for designing, writing, and maintaining high-quality Python code for scalable software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing, testing, and optimizing applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, and troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure smooth system performance. The role may also involve working with APIs, managing data workflows, and participating in code reviews to maintain coding best practices.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask
Knowledge of API development and integration, including RESTful APIs
Familiarity with database technologies, such as SQL or NoSQL
Experience with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications
Working knowledge of version control systems, such as Git
Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile
Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is beneficial
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
