Job Title: Business Analyst
HYBRID ROLE - MINNEAPOLIS OR CHICAGO PREFERRED
WORKING HOURS: 8:30-5pm CT
DURATION: 3+ months on contract

TOP REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of hands-on Power BI development experience (DAX, Modeling, visualization, service administration, Dataverse).
2-3 years of experience creating executive-level dashboards and reports.
1-2 years of practical exposure to integrating with ServiceNow.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a contractor Power BI Solutions Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to support our reporting and automation needs for our AI Center of Excellence.
The role involves gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing interactive dashboards and workflows that drive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business needs.
Utilize Power Automate to streamline data workflows and automate processes.
Integrate data from multiple sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Query, and ServiceNow.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for implemented solutions.
Ensure adherence to organizational governance, data privacy, and compliance standards.
