Job Description
At Noota, we build AI products that genuinely improve how recruiters and teams work: better understanding interviews, making better decisions, and saving time without compromising quality.
Our platform (transcription, smart notes, tailored reports, recruiting copilot, meeting insights, ATS/CRM integrations) is used daily by demanding recruiters and teams who expect reliability, clarity, and quality.
As a Product Engineer (AI), your mission is to turn complex business needs into clear, useful, and widely adopted product experiences.
You sit at the very heart of the product. You will be defining and building features that materially improve recruiters day-to-day work.

What you’ll do
You will own full product features end-to-end, with real autonomy and decision power.
In Practice, You Will
Own features end to end You’ll take product features from idea to rollout, with responsibility for decisions along the way.
Build practical features You’ll work on AI-powered functionality recruiters actually use, such as interview reports, candidate evaluation support, signal surfacing, and small automations inside existing tools.
Make sense of messy problems You’ll turn unclear business or user needs into clear product choices, deciding what should be explicit vs. implicit and how much detail is useful.
Understand our users and focus on real impact You’ll prototype, iterate, and ship, then check what happened, usage, time saved, and whether it made recruiters’ decisions easier.
Care about quality You’ll pay attention to clarity, consistency, edge cases, and whether the product feels reliable and understandable.
Work closely with our team You’ll collaborate closely between product and engineering, using fast feedback and real usage to guide improvements.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a product-driven profile with an engineering background, able to build user experiences that are useful, credible, and actually adopted.
You know the value of strong UX and product design approach. You’re able to prototype quickly to test ideas, and you care about building products that are simple, well-polished, and user friendly.
You will do well in this role if you have strong product instincts and quickly spot what creates real user value. You focus on clarity and impact rather than adding complexity, and you’ve already successfully shipped features to production.
You’re comfortable working with AI (AI Coding Tools), iterating on accuracy, reliability, tone, and structure until the output feels right. While you also know when not to use it. You like having full ownership: understanding the problem deeply, proposing solutions, and improving them without waiting for detailed instructions.
You have high standards. “Good enough” isn’t enough, and you tend to notice details others miss.
Experience in a startup, scale-up, or founding team environment is a strong plus. We value autonomy, responsibility, and execution that’s driven by real impact.
