Director of Product - London/Remote First

£900 Inside | Contract

We're looking for a senior product leader to bring clarity, discipline, and strategic focus to a complex, multi-product software portfolio.

This role sits at the centre of product, finance, and corporate strategy, shaping how product investments are prioritised, evaluated, and delivered. Working closely with executive product leadership, you'll ensure decisions are commercially sound, analytically robust, and aligned to long-term growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

Orchestrating portfolio-level roadmap planning across multiple product areas

Building and assessing business cases for major product investments

Providing financial insight, market analysis, and ROI modelling to support decision-making

Acting as the product lead on acquisitions, from evaluation through to integration

Establishing scalable portfolio governance, planning rhythms, and performance measures

Advising senior leadership on trade-offs, priorities, and portfolio strategy

What we're looking for

Strong commercial and financial capability, with confidence in investment modelling and analysis

Experience influencing senior stakeholders across product, finance, and strategy functions

Ability to simplify complex, interdependent product landscapes into clear direction

Proven executive-level communication and presence

Nice to have

Background in B2B SaaS, high-growth or PE-backed environments

Experience supporting M&A activity and post-acquisition integration

Track record of implementing portfolio or product governance frameworks
