Areti Group is proud to be exclusively partnered with a fast-growing, product-led technology business that is set to expand by over 50% next year. This is a company transforming a major UK industry through intelligent, scalable SaaS solutions - and as they enter their next phase of growth, they are searching for a Product Director to join their leadership team.

This is a rare, high-impact role, reporting directly to the CTO, and suited to someone who blends strategic product leadership with deep customer understanding and a passion for building meaningful, outcome-driven products.

The Role

As Product Domain Director, you will own a major part of the product portfolio, guiding its long-term vision, strategy, and execution.

You will:

Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Product Managers
Shape and deliver a clear product roadmap that drives measurable outcomes
Partner closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams
Become the internal expert for your product domain, guiding decisions across the business
Build strong customer insight and turn it into product direction
Drive portfolio performance, product quality, and user experience
Support the full lifecycle from discovery to launch
Help scale a product organisation during a pivotal growth phase

You’ll be joining the business at a critical moment, with full support from senior leadership and the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on product culture and delivery.

What We’re Looking For

You will thrive in this role if you bring:

8+ years’ experience in complex B2B SaaS product environments
A track record of owning product portfolios and leading product managers
Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute at pace
Exceptional product judgment and the ability to make confident trade-offs
Experience driving product outcomes through empowered product teams
Outstanding communication and storytelling skills
Curiosity, customer empathy, and the ability to rapidly build domain expertise
Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels
Experience working in organisations undergoing significant growth or transformation
