Job Title

EA to Managing Directors and Investment Team – 12 month FTC (Investment Firm)

Location

London (West End)

Working Hours

9:00am – 6:00pm

Hybrid Working

4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

Salary

Salary up to £60,000 - £65,000 +performance-based bonus

The Role

An established globalinvestment firm is seeking an experienced and highly capable EA responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to MD’s and team.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage multiple, complex diaries across global time zones
Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa applications
Act as a first point of contact, handling messages and calls
Prepare and process expenses
Assist with the preparation meeting materials
Provide cover for other assistants
Support the coordination of occasional internal and external events
Perform administrative tasks including document preparation, printing, binding, scanning, and filing

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
Experience supporting senior stakeholders and/or teams
Background within financial services, professional services preferred
Proven experience coordinating complex international travel
