Senior Business Analyst, 12-Month FTC, £85k, plus benefits & bonus, London, 2 days a week onsite

Fuse are working with a leading Global Law firm to recruit a Senior Business Analyst into their Tech function and play a key role in delivering critical finance system projects.

We need Significant, Senior, hands‑on Business Analysis experience on complex finance transformation programmes, ideally centred on SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead business analysis for SAP S/4HANA upgrade and finance system projects.
Engage with stakeholders across SAP teams, third-party vendors, and project groups.
Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to team development.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Support project delivery using Agile tools and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

Strong core BA toolkit: structured requirements elicitation (functional and non‑functional), process mapping and re‑design, gap and root cause analysis, business process improvement, and end‑to‑end requirements traceability through to UAT.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades in a finance environment.
Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on finance system projects.
Professional services background preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
