12-Month Contract | Hybrid (UK)
Overview
We are recruiting an Associate Product Manager to support a growing marketing function within the medical devices and healthcare technology sector. This is a 12-month full-time contract offering a hybrid working model, with regular attendance at a UK head office in Burgess Hill, West Sussex (typically two days per week, flexibility available for the right candidate).
This role is well suited to a motivated, early-career marketing or product professional seeking hands-on experience supporting product managers, executing marketing campaigns, and working cross-functionally in a regulated healthcare environment.
Working closely with Product Managers and reporting into a Portfolio or Marketing Lead, the Associate Product Manager will contribute to the execution of marketing strategies, tactical plans, and product initiatives across an assigned healthcare product portfolio.
You will play an active role in supporting product launches, campaign delivery, conference activity, and portfolio management, while developing subject-matter expertise in your assigned products.
Key Responsibilities
Support Product Managers with day-to-day product marketing and product management activities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactical action plans
Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and trade show/conference activities
Track campaign effectiveness and provide insight and recommendations for future activity
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing and commercial teams
Take ownership of assigned portfolio and product support responsibilities
Build and maintain product knowledge, acting as a developing subject-matter expert
Candidate Requirements
Essential
Experience supporting marketing or product-related activities within a structured commercial environment
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Proven experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness and ability to attend the Burgess Hill office as required
Full UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
Desirable
Experience within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare environments
Exposure to product launches, marketing campaigns, or conference/trade show activity
Interest in or understanding of diabetes care or chronic disease management
Familiarity with product lifecycle or portfolio management concepts
Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
