Contract ; 12 months
Salary ; £90 - £119k pa
Location ; London Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead to shape and grow key partnerships across the UK anf France. This is a senior, high-impact role based in London, with travel to Paris.

What You'll Do

Lead strategic partnership and business development initiatives across both markets, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that align with long-term growth goals.
Negotiate, structure, and manage agreements, ensuring strategic fit and brand alignment.
Model and report on financial and strategic outcomes, defining and tracking KPIs to measure success.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with potential and existing partners.
Ensure smooth execution and coordination across all business areas.

What You Bring

12+ years' experience in business development or partnerships leadership.
Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.
Proven success managing complex, high-value partnerships.
Advanced analytical and modelling skills; experience with data-driven decision-making.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
Highly organised, adaptable, and entrepreneurial in approach.
