Senior Business Analyst (CRM Vendor Assessment) – Contract

Location: London/Hybrid

Duration: 7‑week contract, immediate start

Rate: ~£500 per day LTD

We’re hiring a Senior BA to support a high‑impact Lead‑to‑Cash transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading a vendor assessment of Salesforce vs Microsoft Dynamics
Running requirements workshops and mapping current vs future processes
Evaluating integration needs across a complex system landscape
Producing clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders

Requirements:

5–6 years’ BA experience
Strong BA fundamentals
Salesforce/Dynamics familiarity is essential
Confident stakeholder management
Able to work autonomously
