Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager
Engagement Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level ServiceNow initiatives. This role will focus on program and issue management while supporting projects related to IT Business Management (ITBM), IT Finance, and Enterprise Architecture. The ideal candidate brings strong ServiceNow program management expertise and a proven ability to deliver complex IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage ServiceNow-driven projects and programs from initiation through delivery
Utilize ServiceNow PPM or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to plan, track, and report project progress
Drive program and issue management, ensuring risks, dependencies, and blockers are proactively addressed
Deliver projects related to IT Business Management, IT Finance, and Enterprise Architecture
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT leadership and business teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates using ServiceNow tools
Apply best practices in project and program governance
Required Qualifications
10+ years of project and/or program management experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM or SPM for project and portfolio management
Strong experience delivering IT Business Management (ITBM), IT Finance, or Enterprise Architecture initiatives
Proven expertise in:
Program Management
Issue Management
ServiceNow Program Management
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Experience managing large, complex IT initiatives in an enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or PgMP certification
