Job Specifications

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the front-end design, development, and maintenance of our high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build modern user interfaces using Angular 16+ and help shape the technical direction of our front-end architecture.

As a senior member of the team, you will balance hands-on coding with architectural recommendations, ensuring our applications remain scalable, performant, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development: Participate design and development of existing and next-generation applications using Angular 16+, PrimeNG, and custom NPM packages.
Feature Engineering: Build new features and perform critical refactoring of existing code to improve maintainability and performance.
Technical Advisory: Evaluate new technologies and frameworks, providing feasibility reports and recommendations for implementation.
API Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful services and ensure front-to-back architectural alignment.
Agile Collaboration: Participate in all phases of the Scrum Agile lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Mentorship: Provide guidance to other UI developers on design patterns and implementation best practices.

Qualifications

Professional Experience:

7+ years of professional experience in web page development.
Expertise in Angular: Proven track record of building and deploying applications in modern Angular environments.
Core Technologies: Extensive mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with the broader front-end ecosystem, including React and Node.js.

Education & Soft Skills:

Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Adaptability: Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and apply them to solve complex technical and business problems.
Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

Experience with Java and relational databases.
Experience with legacy technologies like Struts, JSP, and jQuery (useful for migration projects).
