Responsibilities

Aggregate and analyze large-scale game and player datasets to support advanced analysis and reporting
Define and maintain key metrics and KPIs to measure operational and product performance and inform business reviews
Build and manage dashboards that enable teams to track performance and self-serve insights for data-driven decision-making
Present strategic recommendations and product outcomes to business leaders and senior stakeholders
Design and run experiments to test performance hypotheses and evaluate product and operational impact

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, management consulting, or a related field
Proven experience designing and scaling KPI frameworks and experimentation programs in matrixed or complex environments
Hands-on experience with large-scale data analysis, including statistical techniques such as significance testing, clustering (e.g., k-means, latent class analysis), regression analysis, propensity score matching, and related methods
Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using Databricks and Tableau
Ability to build, maintain, and manage complex datasets
