Title: Assistant Merchandiser

Responsibilities

Support the development of product strategy for a portfolio of products or initiatives within our client's World Showcase product line
Conduct research, organize findings, gather input from key partners, and prepare presentation decks, briefs, and recaps for major milestone meetings
Evaluate what’s working and why to help continuously improve the product line
Demonstrate strong interest in consumer behavior and product trends
Participate in cross-functional meetings to support effective communication and coordination

Requirements

0–1 years of progressive experience in product, merchandising, or a related field
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute against a defined plan
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain partner relationships
Collaborative team player able to foster cross-functional partnerships
Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience
