Our healthcare and wellness agency client is seeking a motivated Project Manager to help drive high-impact work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring projects to life—keeping workflows organized, timelines on track, and communication seamless from kickoff through delivery. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of project management experience, is highly organized and tech-savvy, and thrives on solving problems with a true “collaborative” mindset. Salary Range: $75k-$85k, DOE (depending on experience)
Location: Hybrid 3 days (Tues-Thurs) in Charlotte-NC, or Minneapolis, or Denver offices
Responsibilities:
Own project communication and timelines from kickoff through delivery
Manage workflows, assignments, and project tracking in Asana
Schedule and facilitate meetings related to project execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and priorities
Track project progress, flag risks, and resolve issues in real time
Ensure ad hoc and impromptu requests are captured and delivered on schedule
Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards
Use Excel and Google Sheets for team data reporting and insights
Provide clear status updates and manage stakeholder expectations
Support capacity planning and workload forecasting
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of project management experience (agency or in-house preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Asana, Jira, or similar PM tools
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-starter with a problem-solving, execution-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE but not required: Healthcare industry and any account management or marketing background
