Senior Product Delivery Manager (Software) - Plymouth/Remote - 12 month contract (outside IR35)

Rate: £500 per day

Duration: 12 month assignment

Start date: ASAP

A globally renowned, high-growth engineering and technology business is looking for a senior delivery leader to take software-led products from concept to market.

This role is about end-to-end ownership. You’ll lead the delivery and launch of next-generation products, coordinating across product, software, ML, systems, hardware and operations to ensure ideas become scalable, production-ready solutions used by enterprise customers.

Your focus will be on:

Owning product delivery from early discovery through pilot deployment, industrialisation and launch
Translating evolving customer needs into clear, prioritised requirements
Driving launch readiness, quality, reliability and operational handover
Running delivery governance (stage-gates, sprint reviews, release readiness)
Acting as the central point of alignment across technical and commercial teams
Providing clear delivery insight to senior leadership

They’re looking for someone who:

Has delivered software-led products to market, not just internal projects
Is comfortable operating where requirements evolve through discovery
Works confidently with engineers, product managers and technical stakeholders
Has experience in software, platforms, SaaS or complex systems environments

This is not a traditional project management role. It’s a chance to shape how products are launched, influence delivery standards, and step into broader leadership as the business scales.
