About the Role
This senior Project Manager role reports to the General Manager and will support the procurement and mobilisation of a significant public sector customer engagement. The work spans multiple streams, including legal, operations, finance and pricing, suppliers and vendors, human resources, communications/PR, and risk.
The role is based in London and requires occasional travel to Bradford; our policy is to offer hybrid work, 3 days per week in office. Please note that this role requires a security clearance process (you must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years to be eligible) and a DBS check. Do not apply if you are not willing to undergo these conditional background checks.
You can read about SC on the government site - National security vetting: clearance levels - GOV.UK
This role is a 6 month FTC.
Responsibilities
This role requires a pragmatic, experienced Project Manager (10 years of experience minimum) who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage complexity across parallel workstreams, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving and highly confidential environment. Work will be required to manage procurement, sub-contractor engagement, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate gravitas, sound judgement, and sincerity, alongside strong execution capability. They must be action-oriented, highly organised, an effective communicator, and self-directed.
The Project Manager will work in partnership with an internal project lead and will be expected to document a repeatable delivery “playbook” to support future engagements of this nature, reducing reliance on ad-hoc approaches and enabling consistency over time.

Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.
