What You’ll Lead

As the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will:

Design and execute high-impact sales and marketing strategies that accelerate growth and expand market share.
Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Strengthen KeystoneCare’s brand presence, ensuring our mission of compassionate care is reflected in every market interaction.
Build and nurture key relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, referral partners, and payers.
Leverage market intelligence and competitive insights to guide strategic decisions and expand service lines.
Collaborate across executive leadership to ensure alignment between our service capabilities and market strategy.
Represent KeystoneCare at industry events, conferences, and community engagements, serving as a key ambassador for our mission.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a strategic executive with:

A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare sales and marketing—specifically home care, hospice, Hospice or post-acute services.
A proven track record of leading teams to achieve measurable revenue growth.
Exceptional leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and empower diverse teams.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Willingness to travel to build and maintain key partnerships.
Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved exemption.
RN preferred but not required.
