Aspen Hospitality, a division of Aspen One, develops, owns, and operates a growing portfolio of luxury and upper-scale hotels, private clubs, and branded residential properties under The Nell and Limelight brands. This includes The Little Nell, Aspen’s only Five-Star, Five-Diamond ski-in/ski-out hotel and its affiliated Residences located at the base of Aspen Mountain, as well as a new Nell property currently in development at Rockefeller Center in New York City.

Position Summary
The Vice President of Marketing, Hospitality is a senior executive responsible for shaping, activating, and scaling Aspen One’s hotel and restaurant portfolio, with clear accountability for driving commercial outcomes while creating compelling, guest-first experiences that build enduring brand equity.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial growth, marketing, and operations, with accountability for delivering hospitality business results through disciplined go-to-market execution and brand-led experiences across the portfolio.
A key responsibility of this role is ownership of property-level go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution—translating enterprise and brand priorities into clear, actionable plans that drive awareness, demand, visitation, and revenue. This leader brings strong business acumen, judgment, exceptional taste, cultural fluency, and commercial rigor.
In this role, the Vice President of Marketing, Hospitality serves as:
A commercial integrator, aligning Revenue, Sales, Operations, and Marketing around shared business objectives
A brand steward, ensuring growth is achieved while building brand integrity and the guest experience
A strategic orchestrator, setting clear direction, priorities, and success metrics while enabling Marketing Centers of Excellence to deliver best-in-class execution
This role will play a critical role in scaling the Limelight Hotels brand while continuing to reinforce and elevate The Little Nell’s world-class luxury positioning, stewarding both brands simultaneously with clarity and distinction.
This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Aspen One’s centralized Marketing Centers of Excellence—including Communications, Creative, Digital, and Partnerships—leveraging their deep functional expertise to support hospitality business priorities. The Vice President of Hospitality Marketing provides clear strategic direction, prioritization, and accountability, while Centers of Excellence deliver best-in-class execution at scale. This position has dual reporting to the CEO, Aspen Hospitality and CMO, Aspen One.
The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership to Drive Commercial Business Goals
Align hospitality business goals with the Aspen Hospitality CEO, VP of Revenue, and VP of Operations, and translate those priorities into clear direction and briefs for centralized Centers of Excellence
Lead hospitality marketing leaders in setting objectives, sequencing initiatives, and defining success metrics, while partnering with Centers of Excellence to deliver best-in-class creative, digital, communications, and partnership execution
Go-To-Market Strategy, Accountability, Orchestration & Execution
Own hospitality GTM strategy across all hotels and restaurants, translating enterprise and brand priorities into property-specific execution plans
Serve as the primary strategist, integrator and orchestrator across hospitality business priorities and centralized Centers of Excellence, ensuring GTM plans are commercially sound, operationally executable, and supported by expert channel and creative execution
Develop and manage annual and seasonal GTM calendars inclusive of openings, peak periods, programming, and campaigns
Jointly owns outcomes with AO Creative, Digital & Communications Teams as well as Aspen Hospitality Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure GTM efforts directly support commercial goals and on-property performance
