Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable applications using Java, Spring, Kafka, Microservices, AWS, Spring boot, and Spring Framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
Maintain flawless execution of software development projects through adherence to industry standards.
Engage in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and drive continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner to maintain system performance and reliability.
Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical roadmap of the projects.
Job Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Kafka, CRDB, Microservices, AWS, Springboot, and Spring Framework.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and standard processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed Toronto, and the salary range will be $120,000/yr to $130,000/yr and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
