Mission Overview:

We are looking for an IT AI Project Leader to be the central business point of contact for our client's AI initiatives. This role combines business coordination, cross-functional project management, and support for both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary business contact for AI initiatives
Participate in defining, testing, and implementing new AI components
Track and coordinate business requests, including firewall management and account creation
Manage cross-functional projects with one or multiple clients (steering, coordination, HLR prep)
Prepare slide decks to present next steps, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
Coordinate roll-outs and deployment of AI solutions
Support knowledge management around chatbots and phone-call analysis
Work in an agile environment using Scrum, with awareness of Prince2 & Waterfall

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of technical components (cloud, Microsoft ecosystem)
Practical knowledge of generative AI, testing frameworks, and programming best practices
Solid project management skills with a business-oriented approach
Ability to communicate clearly and structure work across stakeholders
Empathetic but assertive communication
Knowledge of AI tools/models (GPT-4 & 5, Mistral, etc.) – functional understanding is key
Ability to prepare and present management & business slide decks

Languages:

Ideally trilingual: French, English, Dutch
