**Job Title**
Business Process Owner – HR
**Role Summary**
Own end‑to‑end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR technology, processes, and analytics. Drive digital transformation to enhance employee experience, enable efficient HR services, and deliver data‑driven insights. Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Data & Analytics, and line managers to shape a future‑proof HR organization.

- Ensure HR processes are transparent, efficient, up‑to‑date, and automated.
- Provide reliable, timely HR analytics and reporting that inform decision‑making and improve customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **HR Technology & HRIS** – Monitor market trends, advise HR on emerging solutions, build & maintain the HRIS roadmap, collaborate with IT on functional and technical management, and ensure high levels of user adoption.
2. **Service & Process Optimization** – Map critical HR processes, standardize and automate them, align process design with enterprise process‑management frameworks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
3. **HR Analytics** – Define the HR analytics vision and strategy, act as SPOC for Data & Analytics projects, build and maintain dashboards and reports, translate data insights into actionable recommendations, and monitor user satisfaction with HR business information.
4. **Cross‑functional Support** – Provide business analysis, change‑management facilitation, system‑usage training, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, LMS, and onboarding/preboarding tools.
- Deep knowledge of HRIS concepts, HR technology ecosystems, and functional/technical oversight.
- Process mapping, business analysis, and automation (workflow design).
- Data analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Change‑management, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
- Project‑management mindset with focus on continuous improvement and problem solving.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications: SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., SuccessFactors HCM, Onboarding), HR Analytics (e.g., SHRM‑CP, AHIP), or equivalent HRIS/HR technology credential.
