Project Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud solutions. The role focuses on building scalable, high-quality Salesforce implementations and managing CI/CD pipelines to support enterprise-level delivery.

Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and OmniStudio
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado and GitHub
Configure and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud solutions
Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft)
Automate testing, validation, and code quality checks
Troubleshoot deployment issues and resolve environment inconsistencies
Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to streamline delivery
Maintain source control standards, branching strategies, and code reviews
Monitor deployments to ensure performance, reliability, and minimal downtime

Mandatory Skills Description:

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce DX
Proven experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Copado and GitHub
Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment strategies and multi-environment management
Experience with automated testing, code quality tools, and release optimization
Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

Copado Certified DevOps Engineer
Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments
Ability to mentor team members on DevOps and Salesforce best practices
