The Internal/Integrated Project Manager will lead internal teams through the full implementation of Epicor Kinetic ERP. You’ll serve as the primary coordinator between internal stakeholders and Epicor’s project and engineering teams, ensuring alignment on schedules, deliverables, and project milestones. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication to guide teams from planning through deployment.

You will oversee all phases of the Epicor Kinetic implementation—including planning, design, validation, and deployment—while working closely with Epicor’s external PM and technical staff. Your responsibilities include developing project plans, scheduling resources, facilitating meetings, and maintaining documentation for all sessions and decision points.

You’ll manage the project’s schedule, budget, and scope, while preparing key deliverables such as status reports, change requests, gap analyses, and issue logs. You will proactively identify risks, communicate issues to sponsors, and recommend solutions. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as you’ll be expected to manage expectations, maintain effective relationships, and help resolve conflicts among internal teams, Epicor partners, and project sponsors.
