We are looking for an AI & Automation Consultant with strong Prompt Engineering skills and business mindset. You help business teams translate ideas into efficient AI-powered solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot (M365 & GitHub), Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps / RPA), and broader AI frameworks.

You understand that not every problem needs a complex solution — sometimes 80% impact delivered fast beats a slow, expensive 100% build. You simplify complexity, identify quick wins, and shape scalable AI strategies.

What you will do

Build powerful prompts and workflows to solve real business problems
Advise on the best approach: prompt only, Copilot solutions, Power Platform automations or full AI builds
Work with M365 Copilot ecosystem including Custom Agents, Researcher, Analyst…
Break down complex challenges into clear, actionable tasks
Identify quick wins and value-first delivery strategies
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and turn them into practical solutions
Ensure realistic expectations: what’s doable, what’s worth doing — and what isn’t

Your Profile

3–4+ years relevant experience in AI, Automation, Digital Innovation, Business Engineering or similar
Strong Prompt Engineering capability
Familiar with M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot or similar AI copilots
Experience with Power Automate / Power Apps / RPA or comparable tools
Able to compare approaches: prompt vs automation vs AI platform solution
Strong business acumen — you understand users, processes and value creation
Problem-solver with a quick-win mentality
No banking experience required
