Hourly Pay Rate (w2 Role) - USD 30.00 /hr

Hybrid Schedule 3 days in office, 2 days

About the Team
The organization is expanding its international commercial footprint and is hiring a HR Advisory in New York to support this phase of growth. With strong relationship-building capabilities, the associate will enhance the employee experience across the full lifecycle. The role includes coordination with COEs and HR Business Partners on topics such as global mobility, compensation alignment, organizational transformation, and redesign initiatives.
The team operates collaboratively across regions to deliver support that is simple, efficient, and human—leveraging digital tools and expert guidance. Success requires strong collaboration skills, critical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and alignment with the team values of collaboration, trust, impact, and excellence.
You Have (Qualifications)
4+ years of HR advisory or HR business partnering experience within large, matrixed organizations, delivering people‑first, consistent support across the employee lifecycle.
Proven experience managing employee relations matters including performance, absence, grievance, and conduct issues.
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and awareness of employment practices across the Americas.
Proficiency with ServiceNow and/or Workday (or similar HR systems).
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.
A data‑driven mindset with comfort interpreting HR data and ensuring accurate records.
Excellent communication skills, paired with cultural awareness and cross‑regional sensitivity.
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving systems and processes.
A proactive, learning‑oriented mindset that supports team capability-building and service improvement.
Responsibilities (You Will)
Deliver accurate, efficient, and consistent support across the entire employee lifecycle.
Partner with HR Business Partners, specialist HR teams, and global operational colleagues to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Coach employees on HR self‑service tools to increase efficiency and satisfaction.
Build trusted relationships with managers and translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
Use data and analytics to identify trends, guide decision‑making, and support process optimization.
Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases to ensure fair, timely, and compliant outcomes.
Support enhancements to ServiceNow and Workday, contributing to improved self-service and automation.
Communicate effectively across regions and time zones, providing thoughtful, responsive support.
Share knowledge, feedback, and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the team.
