Job Specifications

Our client is a global leader in design and engineering software, providing the world’s most advanced tools for architects, engineers, and creators to build the world around us. With a massive global footprint, their "Trust & Access" team is the frontline of defense and compliance.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to spearhead a mission-critical 6-month initiative. You will bridge the gap between complex federal security requirements (FedRAMP) and modern engineering execution, ensuring our platforms remain secure, compliant, and accessible.

What You’ll Do

Drive FedRAMP Authorization: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of FedRAMP programs, including audit coordination, evidence collection, and managing 3PAO relationships.
Modernize Access Management: Partner with engineering to drive Zero Trust initiatives and IAM improvements across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the "glue" between Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure compliance doesn't slow down innovation.
Risk & Mitigation: Develop detailed project roadmaps, identify technical bottlenecks, and proactively manage the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).

Who You Are

A FedRAMP Expert: You don't just know the name; you’ve lived through the authorization process and understand NIST 800-53 controls inside and out.
Technical & Strategic: You can talk shop with cloud engineers about IAM protocols ($SAML$, $OIDC$) while also reporting high-level risk to executive stakeholders.
A Precision Planner: You thrive in Jira and Confluence, using Agile methodologies to keep complex, multi-month programs on track.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within engineering or security environments.
Proven Experience leading FedRAMP authorization or similar high-level federal compliance programs.
Deep Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (specifically their GovCloud or FedRAMP-moderate/high environments).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, InfoSec, or a related technical field.
Certs (Preferred): CISSP, PMP, or Certified FedRAMP Professional.

***Please ensure your resume explicitly highlights your experience with FedRAMP audits and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to be considered.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is between 60/hr to 70/hr depending on overall experience. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
