Identity and Access Management Policy Squad support

1. Project support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) policy team in cyber security organization. Role includes Jira management for policy workstream planning and change tracking, data analysis for policy decisions, content and materials preparation for policy governance meetings.

2. Manage tool certification program for IAM cyber controls. Work with certification leaders from across IAM organization to complete the transition of tool certification workstream from project mode to business-as-usual process.

3. Support revamp of IAM security blueprints: content development and communications Resource functional support

4. Analysis: perform analysis and produce related materials to support IAM Policy team review process for governance and programs

5. Administration: manage governance Jira board, Jive sites, MS Teams for governance committee support,

6. Produce policy program documents and materials

7. Communications: communicate with policy governance stakeholders, produce supporting materials for policy governance committee, produce minutes for governance and program meetings

Professional skills and experience

1.Business and/or Technology Analysis experience 10 years

2.Financial Industry Experience a substantial benefit

3.Degree in analytic field

4.Fluent in speaking and writing business English

5.Recent analysis experience with tools used in role to help provide leadership in use of tools for the policy function.

6.Clear communications in global team discussions; team makes extensive use of Zoom video as a normal communication mode.

7.Consistency and accuracy on support functions
