We're looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Data Analyst to join a growing team based onsite in Hertfordshire. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for data who wants to develop their skills in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

The Role

You'll play a key part in supporting business decision-making by analysing data, producing reports, and ensuring high data quality. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimise SQL queries to extract and analyse data

Work closely with internal teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate reports

Analyse data trends, variances, and forecasts to support strategic planning

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data quality checks

Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends

Document data processes and maintain clear technical specifications

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Knowledge of Python for data analysis

Previous experience working with SQL and relational data tables

Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

Ability to communicate data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Eligibility
